Once you've nominated a fellow, they will receive a message providing them access to the application. It is up to your discretion whether you wish to inform them (or not) of your nomination. Please note that the conclusion of the applications process -- which includes both your nomination and the follow-up application itself (completed by the nominee) -- will be January 31st, 2025, so please complete your nomination with consideration for the time it may take for your nominee to complete his/her portion of the process.
