Dynell Kellyman

Dynell Kellyman, Associate Director of Partnership Engagement, believes in serving historically marginalized communities with educational resources that enhance students' access to quality education. Throughout her career Dynell has leveraged communication strategies, in both private and public sectors, to strengthened relationships between partner agencies, funders, board of directors and the community at large. In her current role at the Institute for Student Achievement (ISA), a subsidiary of ETS, Dynell cultivates relationships with potential partners and develops tactical strategies that will influence education practices and policy in ways that support school improvement. In her previous role at ETS, Dynell was responsible for overall client satisfaction of operational processes and logistics; specifically end-to-end business development, delivery processes, and execution. Prior to joining ETS in 2015, Dynell worked at a local non-profit in Trenton, NJ where she oversaw the communications plan for health and education policy issues. She also managed advocacy relationships with local government affiliates, provider agencies and community stakeholders. Dynell holds a Master of Public Administration from Baruch College School of Public Affairs and a B.A. in Public Relations from Hampton University. Dynell is currently pursuing an Ed.D at the University of Pennsylvania.
